KC Curiosity Passport - Steamboat
The Steamboat box is #18 of 26 boxes in this series.

Thanks for joining the fun of The Curiosity Passport! We hope it inspires play and exploration of the KC area. If you haven't already viewed the wacky, wall-full of mini-mosaics, upcycled from used plastic gift cards, at Pawn & Pint & Buttonwood Art Space, these are excellent places to start your journey (not required, but definitely nifty!). Pick up a passport (if you don't already have a logbook) there and follow these clues to find the awesome letterboxes at the locations that inspired those mini-mosaics in real life.

Want to collect all of the Curiosity Passport letterboxes? Check out the KC Curiosity Passport Menu!

Use the photo clues below to look for these landmarks. Then follow the description on each photo to find the letterbox location. After you have found the letterbox, make sure to record your find on atlasquest.com!

TIPS: This is a big city park. Please be respectful & discrete.
Please leave it better than you find it (i.e. pick up trash).
There are MANY muggles who drive/run by, or visit the park. Please be VERY stealthy when finding & rehiding.
Please rehide well.*

After the '19 flood, this has FINALLY been replaced!!! It will not be replaced again. Get it while you can! Wahoo! Enjoy!
Photo Clues
Hello, Mighty MO!
Trains are loud!
Fork to the left.
Just keep walking.
Oh the stories this tree could tell!
You know it is a river tree when even the roots look like rivulets!
Hmmm, what is that all about?
THIS is where the Arabia went down!? Wow!
Don't sit too long. You better find the ship's wheel soon, or it will go the way of the Arabia! After the flood, this area has grown up a bit.
That doesn't quite belong. Can't find this little piece of wood? Not to worry! In this same space, you will find your treasure.
Rehide VERY well in this same space.
